ERP Deployment Program Change Communications & Education Lead - NA

This role is based in Wayzata, Minnesota, but will consider a remote location in the United States.

The ERP Deployment Program Change Communications & Education Lead will lead the design and rollout of complex implementations and all interconnected processes within a business. In this role, you will plan and lead all change, communication, and education activities to ensure processes, data and information are established and streamlined for a successful ERP implementation program across North America. You will serve as the point of contact for all ERP Deployment CCE leads by providing high-value strategic consulting, hands-on guidance in design, and use of transformation tools and road maps to ensure effective delivery of change management solutions. You will be accountable for the creation, management, and continuous improvement of CCE assets. The role is also accountable for results and resolution of complex problems and will partner collaboratively with all levels within the organization to ensure that all change management activities are coordinated and aligned to maintain transparency and maximize employee engagement through program-wide change plans.

Lead the implementation of system and process deployments to enable business capabilities and deliver the desired business result focusing on the development of change management, communication, and education base strategy road map and enabling assets.
Ensure business requirements, system configurations, and processes meet the business needs and establish program governance procedures for critical decision-making activities including stage gate and steering committee reviews providing all necessary data required for the successful execution of CCE plan.
Partner with technical teams to understand the scope of business processes to enable business capabilities and understand business process health and quality metrics for sustainable change, communication, and education.
Execute the change plan and promote process change in the organization in partnership with the change, communication, and education lead in each ERP deployment to ensure consistent execution of CCE strategy and stakeholder engagement on change plans while creating a network of change champions through the ERP program.
Provide regular progress measures to identify variances from the plan and take corrective actions as needed to continuously improve ERP deployment CCE effectiveness.
Define CCE deployment objectives and scope utilizing knowledge of project management practices and procedures, develop and maintain robust change management, communication and education tools and templates to activate the change strategy and accelerate change management activities for application across ANH’s global ERP deployment program.
Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and are expected to be a strategic contributor.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of six years of related work experience

Experience on the creation and management of CCE assets for regional ERP Programs

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting the deployment of ERP projects

Experience leading migration of previously established designed processes

Experience leading and managing projects with change management elements

Compensation

The expected salary for this position is $145-165K. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.

Full-Time (30+ hours) positions are eligible for a benefit package including the following (subject to certain collective bargaining agreements for Union positions): Paid time off; paid holidays; medical, vision, and dental coverage; flexible spending accounts; life insurance; disability insurance; retirement savings; employee and family assistance program (EAP)

Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.

Kansas city radio host slacker passes at 59 from cancer.

Cumulus Media Classic Rock station 101 The Fox ( KCFX ) in Kansas City has announced the passing of afternoon host, Brian “Slacker” Adams, who died at the age of 59 after a battle with cancer. He spent 33 years on Kansas City radio, with the last 16 at KCFX.

The host is being remembered for entertaining and engaging with his listeners through his unique brand of humor and community involvement.

The station released a statement saying, “It is with a broken heart that we share with you that our friend Slacker has passed away due to complications from AML. His wife Jennifer and daughter Brianna were with him at home as he left this life. We know you’ll join us at 101 The Fox in expressing your heartfelt condolences to Slacker’s family.”

“Slacker had two great passions – his family, and his time on the air in Kansas City. For over 33 years, the last 16 at 101 The Fox, Slacker loved to entertain his radio audience. He helped Veterans with Cars 4 Heroes and many other charities. He pointed out the little absurdities we all deal with, making us laugh at him and ourselves. Named Radio Legend by his peers, Slacker was a voice of, and for, Kansas City. Sadly, that voice is now silent. If you choose, Slacker asked that you pray for his family, and all who are affected by cancer. And pick up the phone and talk to that friend you haven’t gotten around to talking to, today. Slacker would like that.”

In tribute, The Fox will broadcast a one-hour special on April 17, featuring Slacker discussing his favorite interviews, the music he loved, and his cherished memories of being on-air in Kansas City.
