HEC Inter University Essay Writing Competition 2022 | Application Process
The HEC Inter University Essay Writing Competition 2022 in Urdu and English is being held in honor of Pakistan’s 75th birthday by the Higher Education Commission in association with the Ministry of Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives. Through critical thinking, creativity, and useful participation, the essay writing competition hopes to educate Pakistani youth about the opportunities and obstacles the country faces as well as their part in the growth of the nation.
The youngsters have a fantastic chance to showcase their exceptional writing abilities and garner national recognition. The HEC Essay Writing Competition has a submission deadline of September 6, 2022. Please be aware that duplicate and incomplete entries will not be accepted.

Prize Money for HEC Essay Writing Competition
- First Prize: PKR: 500,000/-
- 2nd Position: PKR: 300,000/-
- 3rd Position: PKR: 200,000/-
- 4th to 10th Position: PKR: 100,000/-
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Pakistani/AJK citizen Most be a regular university student Maximum age limit is 25 years
- The essay should be submitted with a duly filled Registration Form available for download at www.hec.gov.pk Students can participate only in one language (English or Urdu).
- Word Count for an essay should be between-3000 words. English Essay must be typed in ‘Times New Roman size 12, Line spacing 1.5 & converted to pdf file. Urdu Essay must be typed and converted to a pdf file.
- HEC reserves the right to reject any or all entries without assigning any reason. The essay along with the Registration Form is to be e-mailed and hard copies of the same be sent by the post to the address given below.

Article Writing Competition 2024 Pakistan
This event will boost the enthusiasm and spirit of young people in regard to the importance of the day. The topics for the competition are detailed under NACTA will be hosting a second national essay writing contest (English and Urdu) for the following subjects that are listed against each of the categories. All Participants should send their essays via post or email at www.nactaoutreadvrgmail along with copies of their ID cards, and contact numbers before Saturday 30th April 2024.

The deadline to submit Essays to this competition HEC Essay Writing Competition is August 26, 2024. Note that entries that are duplicates or incomplete are disqualified. The student is allowed to write the essay in only one language or topic. All essays must be typed and should be between 2500 and 3000 words. It is expected that the essay writer should suggest solutions to the problems highlighted/discussed in the essay concerned.

Nacta Essay Writing Competition 2024 Results
Students’ essays must be submitted through the institution or university concerned and must include all the information needed i.e name, father’s name, CNIC number, class and roll number email address, and the most recent photos. Essays are screened for plagiarism.

On the occasion of 75″ Anniversary of Pakistan, Higher Education Commission in collaboration with Ministry of Planning Development & Special Initiatives is holding Inter-university Essay Writing Competition in Urdu and English languages. The essay writing competition is aimed at sensitising the Pakistani youth to analyse opportunities and challenges faced by Pakistan and identify their role in the country’s development through critical thinking, creativity and productive engagement. It is a great opportunity forthe youth to demonstrate their extraordinary writing skills and win national awards.
