سوال 1: انسانی غذا کی خاص چیزیں کونسی ہیں؟ ‏ جواب:‏ انسانی غذا کی خاص چیزیں گیہوں ، چاول ، چنا ، سبزیاں ، ‏پھل ، انڈا، دودھ، گھی ،مچھلی، گوشت وغیرہ ہیں۔

سوال 2: جلد کی کتنی پرتیں ہوتی ہیں اور اُن کے کیا نام ہیں؟ ‏ جواب:‏ جلد کی دو پرتیں ہوتی ہیں۔ ایک بیرونی پرت اور ‏دوسری اندرونی پرت۔

سوال 3: مسام کسے کہتے ہیں؟ ان کے کیا فائدے ہیں؟ ‏ جواب:‏ ہماری جلد کو قدرت نے چھلنی کی طرح بنایا ہے۔ اس ‏میں باریک باریک سوراخ ہوتے ہیں، جنہیں مسام کہتے ہیں، ان ‏سے پسینہ خارج ہوتا ہے۔

II ‎: ‎‏ (ب) مندرجہ ذیل سوالوں کے جواب تین یا چار جملوں ‏میں لکھئے۔ سوال 1: ہری سبزیاں ہمارے لئے کیوں ضروری ہیں؟ ‏ جواب:‏ ہری سبزیاں غذائیت سے بھر پور ہوتی ہیں اور ان میں ‏مختلف طرح کے وٹامین،معدنیات اور اینٹی آکسائیڈس پائے ‏جاتے ہیں۔ جو صحت کے لئے ضروری ہیں۔ ہری سبزیاں جسم ‏میں حرارت بڑھاتے ہیں۔ حرارت سے کھانا ہضم ہوتا ہے۔

سوال 2: دودھ کو عمدہ غذا کیوں کہا گیا ہے؟ ‏ جواب:‏ دودھ نہایت عمدہ غذا ہے ۔ اس میں وہ تمام چیزیں موجود ‏ہیں جو صحت کے لئے ضروری ہیں۔ بچے ،جوان ، بوڑھے ، ‏تندرست اور بیمار سب کے لئے دودھ فائدہ مند ہے۔

سوال 3: بیماریاں کیوں پیدا ہوتی ہیں؟ ‏ جواب:‏ ہزاروں جراثیم ایسے ہوتے ہیں، جنہیں ہم آنکھوں ‏سے نہیں دیکھ سکتے۔ کیڑے مکوڑے اور بہت سے جراثیم انسان ‏کی صحت کے دشمن ہوتے ہیں۔ ان کو جیسے ہی موقع ملتا ہے۔ ‏انسان کی صحت پر حملہ کردیتے ہیں۔ اس سے مختلف بیماریاں پیدا ‏ہوتی ہیں۔

اسلام میں صفائی کا وسیع مفہوم، اہمیت اور طبّی فوائد

اسلام ایک مکمل نظام حیات ہے۔مذہب اسلام خالق کائنات کاپسندیدہ اور آخری دین ہے۔خاتم النبیین حضرت محمد مصطفے ؐ نے نہ صرف انسانوں تک اللہ کا پیغام پہنچایا بلکہ عملی طور پر اس کا نمونہ بھی پیش کر دیا۔اس میں کوئی شک نہیں کہ خالق کائنات کا کو ئی حکم حکمت سے خالی نہیں ہے۔خالق دو جہاں نے ہمارے جینے کے بے شمارچیزیں پیدا کی ہیں،بہت ساری چیزیں حلال کی ہیں،اور کچھ اشیاء کے استعمال سے ہمیں روک دیا،جو در حقیقت ہمارے لئے نقصان دہ ہیں،اور جن کے برتنے میں ہماری دنیا وآخرت کی تباہی کا اندیشہ ہے۔

اسلام ایک معتدل دین ہونے کے ساتھ ساتھ فطرت کے عین مطابق بھی ہے۔اسلام نے صفائی اور پاکیزگی کاجو عظیم تصور دنیا کے سامنے پیش کیا ہے،اس کی اور کسی نظام حیات میں نظیر نہیں نظرآتی۔آج پوری دنیا جس وبائی مرض سے جنگ لڑ رہی ہے اس سے ہر فرد بشر واقف ہے۔اس مہلک وباء سے بچنے کے لئے سب سے زیادہ صاف صفائی پر زور دیا جارہا ہے،خاص کر ہاتھوں کی صفائی پر،جب کہ رسول اللہﷺنے ہاتھوں کی صفائی کی خاص تاکید کی ہے۔ایک مشہور حدیث ہے جس کا مفہوم ہے کہ:جب ہم سو کر اٹھیں تو سب سے پہلے اپنے ہاتھوں کو اچھی طرح دھو لیں،کیوں کی معلوم نہیں سوتے وقت ہمارا ہاتھ کہاں کہاں گزرا ہے۔اس حدیث سے یہ بات اچھی طرح سمجھی اور جانی جاسکتی ہے کہ جب بھی ہمارے ہاتھ آلودہ ہوں، توہم انھیں خوب اچھی طرح صاف کرنے کی کوشش کریں۔

آج میڈیکل سائنس نے اس اہم نکتے کو بہت اچھی طرح واضح کر دیا ہے کہ انسان زیادہ تر ہاتھ کی گندگی کی وجہ سے بیمار پڑتا ہے۔ہمارے ہاتھ مختلف موقعوں پر مختلف جگہوں پر پڑتے رہتے ہیں،اور اس کی وجہ سے ہاتھوں پر جراثیم آجاتے ہیں،اور پھر گندے ہاتھ سے کھانے پینے اورمنھ وغیرہ پر لگنے سے وہ جراثیم ہمارے جسم میں سرایت کرجاتے ہیں،جس کی وجہ سے ہم بیمار پڑجاتے ہیں۔

اسلام میں پنج وقتہ نمازوں سے پہلے وضو کی ہدایت،درحقیقت ایک بڑا ہی اہم طبّی نسخہ ہے،بار باروضو کرنے سے انسان کے وہ اعضاء صاف ہوتے رہتے ہیں جو اکثر کھلے رہتے ہیں۔اسی طرح بعض حالات میں غسل کو فرض قراردیا گیا ہے او ربعض مواقع پر مسنون تاکہ ہم خود صاف ستھرے ہوکر بیماریوں سے بچے رہیں اور دوسرے لوگ بھی محفوظ رہیں۔ناخن تراشنا،اور بدن کے غیر ضروری بالوں کی صفائی کامقصد بھی ہمیں بیماریوں سے بچاناہے۔ظاہر ہے ایک صحت مند انسان اپنے فریضے کو بآسانی پورا کر سکتا ہے،جب کہ ایک بیمار آدمی اپنی ذمہ داریوں کواچھی طرح نہیں نبھا سکتا۔اسی لئے آقائے مدنی فرماتے ہیں کہ:طاقتور مومن کمزور مومن سے بہتر ہے۔لہذا ہمیں اپنے آپکو ہمیشہ صحت مند رکھنے کی فکر کرنی چاہئے،کیوں کی تندرستی بہت بڑی دولت ہے۔

اسلام نے صفائی کابہت وسیع مفہوم پیش کیا ہے۔خودکوصاف ستھرا رکھنے کے ساتھ ساتھ ہمیں اپنا گھر،محلہ،راستہ اوراپنی بستی یہاں تک کہ ماحول کوبھی صاف ستھرا رکھنے کی فکر کرنی چاہئے۔ہمیں کوئی ایسی حرکت نہیں کرنی چاہئے جس سے کسی قسم کی کوئی آلودگی ہو،اور ماحولیاتی بگاڑ پیدا ہو۔دین اسلام نے ماحولیات کی صفائی پر کافی زور دیاہے تاکہ دنیا میں بسنے والے تازہ اور صاف ستھری سانس لے سکیں۔

چنانچہ اسلام نے،سایہ دار،پھل دار درخت کاٹنے سے منع کیا ہے،پانی میں گندگی کرنے سے روکا ہے،یہاں تک کہ آپﷺ نے راستے سے تکلیف دہ چیز کو دور کرنے کو صدقہ قرار دیا ہے۔شریعت نے صفائی پر بہت زیادہ زور دیاہے،اسی لئے نبیﷺ فرماتے ہیں کہ:صفائی نصف ایمان ہے۔ہماری زندگی کا ہر شعبہ پاک صاف ہونا چاہئے،چاہے وہ عبادات ہوں،معاملات ہوں،معاشرتی زندگی ہویا کاروبار، غرض ہر جگہ اورزندگی کے ہر موڑ پر اسلام صفائی کا مطالبہ کرتاہے۔
