యావత్‌ సినీ ప్రపంచం ఎంతో ఆసక్తిగా ఎదురుచూసిన ‘అవతార్‌2’ ఎట్టకేలకు ప్రేక్షకుల ముందుకు వచ్చింది. జేమ్స్‌ కామెరూన్‌ దర్శకత్వంలో వచ్చిన ‘అవతార్’ విజువల్‌ వండర్‌గా బాక్సాఫీస్‌ వద్ద కాసుల వర్షాన్ని కురిపించింది. దీనికి సీక్వెల్‌ ప్రకటించగానే ఈసారి కామెరూన్‌ ఎలాంటి మ్యాజిక్‌ చేస్తారా? అని అందరూ ఎదురు చూశారు. తొలి భాగంలో ‘పండోరా’ అందాలను అద్బుతంగా ఆవిష్కరించిన కామెరూన్‌.. ఇప్పుడు నీటి అడుగున అందాలు, భారీ జలచరాలతో సంభ్రమాశ్చర్యాలకు గురి చేసేందుకు సన్నద్ధమయ్యారు. క‌థేంటంటే?

తొలి చిత్రంలో భూమి నుంచి పండోరా గ్ర‌హానికి వెళ్లిన జేక్ (సామ్ వ‌ర్తింగ్టన్‌) అక్క‌డే ఓ తెగ‌కి చెందిన నేతిరి (జో స‌ల్దానా)ని ప్రేమించి పెళ్లి చేసుకుంటాడు. నేతిరి తండ్రి వార‌స‌త్వాన్ని పుణికి పుచ్చుకున్న జేక్ ఆ తెగ‌కి నాయ‌కుడ‌వుతాడు. ప‌దేళ్ల కాలంలో లోక్, నేటియం, టూక్ అనే ముగ్గురు పిల్ల‌ల్ని క‌న్న జేక్‌, నేతిరి దంపతులు...  ద‌త్త పుత్రిక కిరీ, స్పైడ‌ర్ అనే మ‌రో బాలుడితో  క‌లిసి హాయిగా జీవిస్తుంటారు. ఇంత‌లో భూ ప్ర‌పంచం అంత‌రించిపోతుంద‌ని, ఎలాగైనా పండోరాని ఆక్ర‌మించి అక్క‌డున్న నావీ తెగ‌ని అంతం చేయాల‌ని మ‌నుషులు మ‌రోసారి సాయుధ‌బ‌ల‌గాల‌తో దండెత్తుతారు. జేక్ త‌న కుటుంబాన్ని ర‌క్షించుకోవ‌డం కోసం ఈసారి మెట్క‌యినా ప్రాంతానికి వెళ‌తాడు.

అక్క‌డి ప్ర‌జ‌ల‌కి స‌ముద్ర‌మే ప్ర‌పంచం. మ‌న‌లో స‌ముద్రం, మ‌న చుట్టూ స‌ముద్రం, ఇచ్చేది స‌ముద్ర‌మే.. తీసుకునేది స‌ముద్ర‌మే అని న‌మ్ముతూ నీటిలోనే బ‌తుకుతుంటారు. మెట్కయినా రాజు టోనోవ‌రి స‌హ‌కారంతో జేక్ కుటుంబం సైతం స‌ముద్రంతో అనుబంధం పెంచుకుంటుంది. కష్టమైనా అక్క‌డ జీవించ‌డం నేర్చుకుంటుంది. ఎలాగైనా జేక్‌ని అతడి కుటుంబాన్ని మ‌ట్టు బెట్టాల‌ని భూమి నుంచి వ‌చ్చిన ప్ర‌ధాన శ‌త్రువు మైల్స్ క్వారిచ్ (స్టీఫెన్ లాంగ్‌), అత‌డి బృందంతో పోరాటం ఎలా సాగించారనేది మిగ‌తా క‌థ‌.

ఎలా ఉందంటే?

తొలి భాగం పండోరా గ్ర‌హంలోని సుంద‌ర‌మైన అట‌వీ, జీవ‌రాశుల ప్ర‌పంచం చుట్టూనే సాగుతుంది.  ఈసారి క‌థ‌ని ‘ది వే ఆఫ్ వాట‌ర్’ అంటూ నీటి ప్ర‌పంచంలోకి తీసుకెళ్లాడు జేమ్స్ కామెరూన్‌. మ‌నం పుట్ట‌క‌ముందు, మ‌నం పోయాక స‌ముద్ర‌మే మ‌న నివాసం అంటూ తాత్విక‌త‌ని జోడిస్తూ ద‌ర్శ‌కుడు కామెరూన్ మ‌రో దృశ్య‌కావ్యాన్ని తెర‌పై ఆవిష్క‌రించారు.  జేక్ అత‌డి కుటుంబం మెట్క‌యినా ప్రాంతానికి వెళ్లేంత‌వ‌ర‌కు తొలి సినిమానే గుర్తుకొచ్చినా.. అక్క‌డికి చేరుకున్నాక మాత్రం పూర్తిగా  ప్రేక్ష‌కుల్ని ఆ ప్ర‌పంచంలో లీనం చేస్తుంది. త‌న ఊహాశ‌క్తికి హ‌ద్దేలేద‌ని చాటి చెబుతూ, స‌ముద్ర గర్భంలో మ‌రో అంద‌మైన ప్ర‌పంచం ఉందంటూ న‌మ్మించాడు జేమ్స్ కామెరూన్‌.

అక్క‌డి జీవితాలు, జ‌ల‌చ‌రాలు, వాటితో అనుబందాన్ని ఆవిష్క‌రించే స‌న్నివేశాలు మ‌న‌సుల్ని హ‌త్తుకుంటాయి.  తొలి భాగం సినిమాలో క‌థ ఎంత‌గా ఆస‌క్తిని రేకెత్తిస్తుందో.. ఇందులోని సుంద‌ర‌మైన స‌న్నివేశాలు అంత‌కుమించి ఆకట్టుకుంటాయి. ఈసారి క‌థ కంటే కూడా విజువ‌ల్స్‌పైనే ఎక్కువ‌గా దృష్టిపెట్టారు ద‌ర్శ‌కుడు. తెలివిగా క‌థ‌ని ఈసారి స‌ముద్ర నేప‌థ్యంలో న‌డ‌పి మ‌రో కొత్త ప్ర‌పంచాన్ని క‌ళ్ల‌కు క‌ట్టాడు.  అలాగ‌ని క‌థ కోసం ద‌ర్శ‌కుడు త‌క్కువ క‌స‌ర‌త్తులేమీ చేయ‌లేదు. కుటుంబాన్ని సంర‌క్షించ‌డంలో తండ్రి పాత్ర క‌ర్త‌వ్యాన్ని, భావోద్వేగాల్ని అందంగా ఆవిష్క‌రించారు. క‌థ‌లో అక్క‌డ‌క్క‌డా  భార‌తీయత, మ‌న న‌మ్మ‌కాలు, విలువ‌లు ఉట్టిప‌డుతుంటాయి.

భార‌తీయ సినిమాలు కొన్ని గుర్తుకొస్తుంటాయి. కొన్ని పోరాట ఘ‌ట్టాలు సాధార‌ణ హాలీవుడ్ సినిమాల త‌ర‌హాలో సాగడం, సినిమా సాగ‌దీత‌గా అనిపించినా  నీటి ప్ర‌పంచం ఆవిష్క‌ర‌ణ‌లో ఏ స‌న్నివేశానికి ఆ స‌న్నివేశం ప్రేక్ష‌కుల్ని క‌ట్టి ప‌డేస్తుంటుంది. జేక్స్ త‌న‌యుడు తిమింగ‌లంతో పోరాటం చేసే స‌న్నివేశం, పాయ‌కాన్ అనే స‌ముద్ర‌జీవితో స్నేహం, అది జేక్స్‌కి సాయం చేయ‌డం వంటివి సినిమాకి హైలైట్‌గా నిలుస్తాయి. స్పైడ‌ర్, అత‌డి తండ్రి నేప‌థ్యంలో వ‌చ్చే స‌న్నివేశాలు కూడా మ‌న‌సుల్ని క‌దిలిస్తాయి. నౌక నేప‌థ్యంలో సాగే ప‌తాక స‌న్నివేశాలు కొన్నిసార్లు ‘టైటానిక్‌’ని గుర్తు చేస్తాయి. టైటానిక్ భామ కేట్ విన్‌స్లెట్ ఈ సినిమాలో టోనోవ‌రీ భార్య‌గా క‌నిపించ‌డం విశేషం.

ఎవ‌రెలా చేశారంటే?

మోష‌న్ కాప్చ‌ర్ టెక్నాల‌జీతో రూపొందిన సినిమా ఇది. సామ్ వ‌ర్తింగ్టన్‌ క‌థానాయ‌కుడిగా క‌నిపిస్తాడు. తండ్రిగా, నాయ‌కుడిగా అత‌డు చ‌క్క‌టి భావోద్వేగాల్ని ప‌లికించాడు. పోరాట స‌న్నివేశాల్లోనూ అలరించాడు. స్టీఫెన్ లాంగ్ భూమి నుంచి వ‌చ్చిన శ‌త్రువుగా, పండోరా గ్ర‌హం రాక్ష‌స‌సైన్యంగా భావించే సమూహానికి అధిప‌తిగా క‌నిపిస్తాడు. జో స‌ల్దానా, సిగోర్నీ వీవ‌ర్‌, జోయ‌ల్, క్లిఫ్‌తోపాటు, కేట్ విన్‌స్లెట్ త‌దిత‌రులు కీల‌క పాత్ర‌ల్లో క‌నిపిస్తారు. 

సాంకేతిక విభాగాల్లో ప్ర‌తి విభాగం అద్భుత‌మైన ప‌నితీరు క‌న‌బ‌రిచింది. సంగీతం, ఛాయాగ్ర‌హ‌ణంతోపాటు, విజువ‌ల్ ఎఫెక్ట్స్  విభాగాలు సినిమాపై ప్ర‌త్యేక‌మైన ప్ర‌భావం చూపించాయి. ద‌ర్శ‌కుడు జేమ్స్ కామెరూన్ త‌న బృందంతో క‌లిసి తీర్చిదిద్దిన స్క్రీన్‌ప్లే, మ‌లిచిన పాత్ర‌లు ఒకెత్తయితే.. ఆయ‌న త‌న‌దైన ఊహాశ‌క్తితో తెర‌పై సృష్టించిన పండోరా గ్ర‌హం మ‌రో అద్భుతం. నీటి ప్ర‌పంచాన్ని ఇంత అందంగా మ‌రెవ్వ‌రూ ఆవిష్క‌రించలేరేమో అనేలా స‌న్నివేశాల్ని తీర్చిదిద్దారు.  నిర్మాణం మ‌రో స్థాయిలో ఉంది.

ప్రపంచ వ్యాప్తంగా సినీ ప్రియులు ఎంతగానో ఎదురుచూస్తున్న 'అవతార్: ది వే ఆఫ్ వాటర్ (అవతార్‌-2)’ సినిమా ఎట్టకేలకు ప్రేక్షకుల ముందుకు వచ్చింది. జేమ్స్‌ కామెరూన్‌ దర్శకత్వం వహించిన ఈ చిత్రం నేడు (డిసెంబర్‌ 16) ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా విడుదలైంది. 13 ఏళ్ల తర్వాత వస్తున్న ‘అవతార్‌’కు సీక్వెల్‌గా వస్తున్న ఈ చిత్రంపై భారీ అంచాలు ఉన్నాయి. ఇప్పటికే విడుదలైన టీజర్‌, ట్రైలర్‌ సినిమాపై హైప్‌ క్రియేట్‌ చేశాయి.  

ఈ సినిమా విడుదలకు రెండు రోజుల ముందే ప్రపంచ వ్యాప్తంగా సీనీ ప్రముఖుల కోసం స్పెషల్‌ స్క్రీనింగ్స్‌ వేశారు. దీంతో అప్పుడే ఈ సినిమాపై సోషల్‌ మీడియాలో రివ్యూలు వచ్చాయి. బాలీవుడ్‌ స్టార్స్‌ అయితే అవతార్‌ 2పై ప్రశంసల జల్లు కురిపించారు. పలు చోట్ల అవతార్‌ 2  ఫస్ట్‌ షో పడిపోవడంతో సినిమా చూసిన ప్రేక్షకులు శుక్రవారం తెల్లవారుజాము నుంచి ట్విటర్‌లో తమ అభిప్రాయాన్ని తెలియజేస్తున్నారు. 'అవతార్: ది వే ఆఫ్ వాటర్’ కథేంటి? ఎలా ఉంది తదితర విషయాలను ట్విటర్‌ వేదికగా తెలియజేస్తున్నారు. అవేంటో చూసేయండి‘అవతార్‌ 2 ఓ విజువల్ ట్రీట్‌. ఎమోషనల్‌గా కూడా కనెక్ట్‌ అవుతుంది. థియేటర్స్‌లో ఈ సినిమా చూస్తే కలిగే అనుభూతే వేరు’ అని నెటిజన్స్‌ అంటున్నారు.

Avatar Movie Review.

Behind the Movie Avatar: James Cameron, the best director and producer world has ever seen has struck gold with “Terminator” in 1980 and “Titanic” in 1990. The story of “Avatar” was written few decades ago, but was put on hold by James Cameron for the reason of lack of technology to reach his standards. Such is the caliber of this brilliant technician. With great hype and wonderful track record, ‘Avatar’ has come before Telugu audience today to take you all the way to a different planet which is light years away from earth. Join his journey. In the Movie Avatar:   The story of ‘Avatar’ takes place in 2154, when a multinational company which is greedy for money reaches the planet ‘Pandora’ for mining. The population of this planet called as “Omaticayo”, are not human beings by genetics. To confront these indifferent creatures, company launches the artificial creatures resembling Omaticayo’s but genetically supported by mix of DNA from human beings and Omaticayo’s…called as “Avatars” Hero of the movie Jacques Sully (Sam Worthington) replaces his twin brother in this mission and enters the population of Omaticayo’s with out any proper training. His main goal is to study the behavior of these Pandora’s population and create a peaceful atmosphere for company’s mining operations. Sully enters the stream of these Omaticayo’s and gets trained with all their culture, language, way of living by assistance from Neyitri (Joe Saldana), daughter of head of this tribal looking colony. Sully in no time falls in love with Neyitri and wins her love. The native population of this colony called as “Navi” believes in Eywa, the nature god which will be in the shape of a huge tree with its pollens shining like diamonds in shapes of sea weeds. Omaticayo’s believe them as a proxy to their gods. Navi’s are par backward from modern technology. They live like tribals and their relationship with biotic community is all related to heart. Their plain hearts and their feelings (more than humanistic) are like a key to make friendship with dragon shaped horses, rhino shaped dangerous animals and bat shaped heavy flying animals (something more than flying saucers).   Exactly on the location of this divine tree is where corporation decides to start their mining operations. Unfortunately Sully fits well into their culture that he forgets to go back to earth or work for the corporation and he desires to get settled with Neyitri. The commander in chief of this operation Colnel Qatrich (Stephen Lang) doesn’t spare any time now and launches brutal attack on the total community where in numerous navi population are dead. Sully, on behalf of both human beings and navi’s take the task of negotiating with Colnel but fails. Sully doesn’t want any of the natural minerals of Pandora’s planet to be lost and he assembles all the heads of Omaticayo tribes and launches attack on the earthern human beings residing on this Pandora’s planet and stops them from blasting the nuclear bombs on Pandora. Was he successful in this last battle? What happened to his love Neyitri? Did Sully go back to earth? Whether the corporation was successful in mining? How did Navi’s nature god “Eywa” help them forms the interesting and thrilling last half an hour which is really breathtaking and must be watched on the biggest of the screens. Values of the Movie Avatar: This scientific fiction of ‘Avatar’ is a visual wonder. It might be the local Navi’s or earthern human beings with heavy robots; marvelously shaped helicopters, spaceships…every picture in this total film is a wonder. The hard works done to create a new look to Pandora planet which certainly must be something more than earth is exhilarating. Every frame of the movie needs a special mention and technicians of any language without barriers will down their jaw in surprise. May it be the makeup or may it be the camera work or may it be the design of creatures or may it be the background score or may it be the perfect editing or may it be the smaller bits of choreography done to extempore the culture of Navi’s…every department it’s the new ‘Avatar’ from James Cameron. Out of the Movie Avatar: James Cameron touches the correct node for comtemporary world by generating the whole story from view point that, “We have already destroyed the natural resources of our own planet earth and now we are on expeditions to conquer the planets which are light years distant away from us by destroying the virgin aliens populations and their cultures inhabiting on these planets. There is an almighty which is called as ‘Eywa’, the nature god in this movie who is looking after the whole universe and he is sure to give us the punishment.” Normally movies in Hollywood are made either dealing with missions to explore the existence of aliens or directly enter into a war game with them. Indifferently James Cameron touches the other side of the story by generating even the emotional nexus with aliens whom we have never seen. Just not emotional, you even do love, kiss, sex with the aliens and human beings even become apart of alien community.  Cinejosh Verdict of the movie “Avatar”: Gigantic entertainment with extraordinary message every human being has to agree for. ( I never know that “Avatar” was a 3D movie, if patrons who ever want to watch this movie…try to go for a 3D watch )

The day which we were all waiting for has finally arrived. Hollywood biggie and James Cameron’s Avatar 2 has arrived at the theaters in Telugu.

The advance bookings were quite solid and the film opened from early 7 am shows in Telugu states with solid occupancy. National wide too, Avatar 2 has started with a bang and the trade is also expecting big numbers on day one.

As there are no big Telugu releases, if the word of mouth for the film is good, Avatar 2 will surely get a hit status at the box office. Let’s see what happens.
