Great proximity to UMiami! Very chic hotel with attentive staff. We were very comfortable here.

Gorgeous plants, clean and beautiful property. Jordan at the front desk was refreshingly courteous efficient and helpful.

We have a student at the U so have stayed here many times. Each time is better. Great value - feels high end with great value for the price.

The beds were super comfortable and cozy!! There was no weird hotel smell. The bathroom were absolutely clean. In the time of our stay there was umbrella provided in the room and it was super useful to get to the car. The esthetic of hotel if super nice.

Thesis was close to the Fairchild Tropical Gardens

Staff were exceptional. Restaurants were spectacular. The space and rooms were beautiful. Right near Jaycees which is an awesome park. Fantastic location. Easy parking.

Love the location , not too far from the airport, and neither too far from shopping plazas. Decent Sized rooms as well!

Room service is the delivery of food and beverage products to a guest's sleeping room in a hotel. It is an important, distinguishing characteristic and a necessary service for first-class and luxury hotels. Very little academic research has been conducted on the operating procedures of room service. This was an exploratory study that aimed at identifying the key principles and practices of room service operations in first-class and luxury hotels. This study used a mixed-method approach. Using content analysis on operating audits for room service from a range of hospitality companies, expert panel review, field testing, and analysis of variance (MANOVA), this study resulted in a generic room service audit representing the key principles and practices currently in place in the first-class and luxury hotel segment. Key elements of the generic audit were then tested in a sample drawn from a population of hospitality professionals throughout the United States, resulting in what they determined to be the most important elements in room service from the abbreviated list of items that was presented to them.

During my recent stay at Novotel Moscow City from 9th to 22nd February, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm reception I received from the duty manager Marika. Her friendly demeanor and efficient handling of check-in made me feel welcome and valued as a guest as always. I also want to extend my appreciation to the night manager Maria for her attentiveness and quick response to any requests or concerns I had during my stay. Her professionalism and dedication to ensuring a comfortable experience for guests did not go unnoticed. The F&B Manager Darina and her associate Yulia deserves special recognition for their exceptional service and attention towards the incredible experience. I am extremely glad with the fact that how she is concerned with every details to make the valued guest feel exceptional during the stay. THesis Hotel offers a complimentary shuttle with stops at UM’s Metrorail Station making access to the university a breeze.

The shuttle operates Monday-Friday from 7am – 8pm and loops around approximately every 20 minutes with pick-up located at the valet.
