Slide layouts में पहले से placeholder boxes होते है, जिनमें आप text type करके formatting और positioning का कार्य कर सकते है। इसके अलावा आप titles, tables, charts, Smart Art graphics, pictures, clip art, video और sound आदि का उपयोग भी कर सकते है।

इस कार्य को करने में आपका समय काम लगेगा। जैसे की आप image में देख सकते है की हर एक theme का placeholder, font’s और colors अलग -अलग दिखाई देते है।

Variant की मदद से apply की गई theme का background style, colors, font style, और effect change कर सकते है। जिससे आपके प्रेजेंटेशन में नई लुक आएगा।

जब भी आपने MS PowerPoint presentation देखा होगा, तो slides change होते समय जो effects दिखाई देखे है, उसे transition effect कहते है। यह feature Microsoft PowerPoint का सबसे आकर्षित फीचर है।

Dynamic content transition से आप placeholder में transitioning का सकते है, यह दो slides के बीच में transition effect नहीं show करता।

Animation effect चार प्रकार के होते है-

इसका मतलब “प्रवेश” होता है, जिससे आप किसी भी object की slide में entry दिखा सकते है।

Fetus is in unstable Lie

• b Bhavyakiran Posted 23-11-13 I dont know much about this..this is what i found,hope this is useful for u... Q. I am a 30 years old woman in the 19th week of pregnancy and had an ultrasonography yesterday. My report states single live fetus in unstable lie of average maturity 19 weeks. What does it mean? Please advise. A. Unstable lie means that the baby is moving and changing its position. Average maturity in your report also corresponds to your dates, which means that the baby is growing well in accordance to your dates - as expected. The report is very normal and is reassuring. There is however no clinical significance attached to lie of the baby so early in pregnancy because babies keep changing their lie (the way it lies in the womb) up until 36-37 weeks after which majority of the babies (93 - 95%) lie with head down position (meaning the head becomes the leading part to deliver). This is normal. However, if the baby does not settle down at 36-37 weeks and still keeps changing position it is then called unstable lie. It is not a term to be used so early in pregnancy (at 19 weeks). At this stage the report should be written and interpreted as foetal movements seen / noted. • फिजिकल हेल्थ: मेंटल हेल्थ का फिजिकल हेल्थ से गहरा संबंध है। तनाव, चिंता और अवसाद शरीर पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव डाल सकते हैं, जिससे हृदय रोग, मोटापा और कमजोर इम्यून फंक्शन जैसी विभिन्न शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं का खतरा बढ़ जाता है।

• WHO-OHCHR ने मानसिक स्वास्थ्य देखभाल में मानवाधिकारों के हनन को संबोधित करने वाले कानूनों में सुधार के लिए नया मार्गदर्शन लॉन्च किया जिसके कुछ मुख्य की पॉइंट्स हैं:
• अधिक प्रभावी समुदाय-आधारित मानसिक स्वास्थ्य देखभाल को बढ़ावा देना
• जबरदस्ती की प्रथाओं को समाप्त करना
• मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के लिए अधिकार-आधारित दृष्टिकोण अपनाने के लिए मार्गदर्शन का उपयोग करना
• WHO ने आत्महत्या की रोकथाम और अपराधमुक्ति पर नए संसाधन लॉन्च किए जिसके कुछ मुख्य की पॉइंट्स हैं-
• आत्महत्या और आत्महत्या के प्रयासों को अपराध की श्रेणी से बाहर करना
• आत्महत्या पर जिम्मेदार रिपोर्टिंग को बढ़ावा देना

• डिप्रेशन एक जनरल मेंटल डिसोडर है।
• विश्व स्तर पर, मेंटल डिसोडर के कारण हर 6 साल में से 1 व्यक्ति विकलांगता के साथ रहता है।
• संघर्ष से प्रभावित परिवेश में लगभग 9 में से 1 व्यक्ति को मध्यम या गंभीर मानसिक विकार है।
• गंभीर मानसिक विकार वाले लोग सामान्य आबादी की तुलना में 10 से 20 साल पहले मर जाते हैं।
• डिप्रेशन और एंजाइटी के कारण ग्लोबल इकोनॉमी को प्रति वर्ष प्रोडक्टिविटी में लगभग 1 ट्रिलियन अमेरिकी डॉलर का नुकसान होता है।

मानसिक स्वास्थ्य में हमारा भावनात्मक, मनोवैज्ञानिक और सामाजिक कल्याण शामिल है। यह हमारे सोचने, महसूस करने और कार्य करने के तरीके को प्रभावित करता है।

वर्ल्ड मेंटल हेल्थ डे पहली बार 10 अक्टूबर 1992 को उप महासचिव रिचर्ड हंटर की पहल पर मनाया गया था।  1994 तक, इस दिन का सामान्य रूप से मानसिक स्वास्थ्य को बढ़ावा देने और जनता को शिक्षित करने के अलावा कोई विशिष्ट विषय नहीं था।

यह दुनिया भर में मानसिक स्वास्थ्य और कल्याण को बढ़ावा देने और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य चुनौतियों पर ध्यान आकर्षित करने का दिन है।  यह दिन मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के मूल्य के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य वकालत, शिक्षा और जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए समर्थन जुटाने का प्रयास करता है।
