The traditional way of administering church events is done manually, which can be challenging for members of organizations owing to physical restrictions and time limits.

The project’s researchers presented an IT-based solution to address the issues with the manual approach of church event management. The researchers want to create an automated Church Event Management System to make planning and administering church activities easier.

To complete an operational system, the researchers use the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to create the project. IT professionals will examine the developed system in order to improve its functionality.

• Receipt or liquidation report

Database Backup Management enables the system administrator to establish and manage the system’s backup database.

Ledger Report – this form will show the specifics of the event’s expenses and income. A graph and a table will be used to present the report.

Religious gatherings and activities are held to foster camaraderie and progress among church members. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the inefficient manual way of administering church events. To address the issues with the manual method of coordinating church events, the researchers created an automated Church Management System. The study’s findings revealed that the built Church Event Management System matched the respondents’ and intended users’ needs and criteria.

As a result, the researchers came to the conclusion that the developed system has the ability to replace the manual approach of planning and executing church events. The system can be used by church organizations for event planning, scheduling, and preparation. The system will effectively assist in the management of church events, resulting in a successful church event.

The researchers strongly advise that the system be implemented. The established system may provide effective and dependable service to various church groups in terms of event planning and creation. The Peer Group Assessment (PGA) is a method that is currently used in higher education to evaluate group work, the PGA is extensively used within engineering modules due to the importance of teamwork in the engineering profession. The accuracy and reliability of PGA’s are important factors in forming a metric to measure the cohesion amongst group members and how each member contributes to the teams’ success. An example of where the PGA is used is in the 3rd year Engineering Design Module. Where teams consisting of three members need to develop a specific solution in accordance with a specification document. The three members are required to give a peer assessment score to one another after completing each assignment. This score had to be agreed upon by all three members as it was submitted with each assignment. The agreed upon marks usually entail all members receiving good marks. Peer assessments are usually premeditated and done while all group members are present. This results in fallacious peer assessments that hold little or no value to the lecture who wishes to assess the group’s dynamics.

Many clinics are moving away from paper-based medical records to electronic medical records, but these electronic medical record systems are only used by the clinic staffs and the recorded information is not typically accessible to patients. Therefore, E-Clinic Portal is designed to provide clinic staffs with remote access to patients' record anywhere, anytime and they are not the only individuals who have greater access to patient information. Patients may also be able to access to their own health record and medical expenses. This paper will present the technical issues in building up the patient queue module, patient medical record module, and payment module and reporting module of this web-based application, E-Clinic Portal with open source-based technology. Apache web server, MySQL and PHP are used to initially implement the system. Besides that, to implement the application, a web browser is needed. This portal is equipped with Role-based User Access Privileges that is used to ensure that the portal is accessed only by appropriate medical personnel.
